Sterling silver and 9ct solid gold: approx. 4 weeks
Gold vermeil: approx. 6 weeks to allow for the additional process of gold plating

All impression kits are shipped within 2 business days of ordering. We offer free shipping on all orders.

Returns
We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However if your piece arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll make it right.

This necklace is truly special. I get excited when I put it on everyday, because I know it’s custom made and no one else has it. It is so special to me because it has my beautiful mums fingerprint and my family dogs nose print on it. I always feel so close to them when I wear it.
